Having a flat stomach is not about exercise, it’s all about how much fat you have. If you are looking for a visible six pack, you’ll never achieve I as long as you are overweight. It doesn’t matter how many crunches you do, the body fat will still cover and hide the muscles.

7 tips to lose fat.

Eat six times a day. Eating more often will keep your metabolism going. But be careful so you don’t add on more calories. In order for this to work you need to eat smaller meals, but more often.

Portion control, eat fewer calories. Portions have gotten bigger over the years, so you need to think about the size of the portion and if you go out to a restaurant you really need to watch out so you don’t eat too much.

Calorie deficit. Try to create a calorie deficit of 300-500 Calories a day. If you can cut 3500 Calories a week (500 a day) you’ll loose a pound a week. If you try to loose more then that it’s better to add more exercise, then to cut too many calories. If you loose a lot of weight too fast you are loosing a lot of muscles as well. While it might seem tempting it could in the end hurt you and will make it harder to keep the weight off. That’s why a lot of people gain the weight back and more.

Eat proteins with every meal and every snack. Try to stay away from meals that are high in carbs and without proteins. The protein will help you feel full longer, so you don’t get hungry an hour later.

Drink more water. Try to drink 64 oz of water a day. Most people will sometimes confuse their bodies signals for liquid with hunger. Try drinking some water and you’ll find out if you are hungry or not. Some people also think that water will make you bloated, but that is not true. Salt can make you bloated and drinking water will help flush out the sodium.

Cheat one day a week. Don’t be too strict, cheating one day a week can help you stay on track. Things happen that you can’t control and you’ll be in situations were you can’t always have the most optimal or planned meal. But you don’t have to see it as a failure if you allow for distraction to your plan one day a week. Just make sure you get back on track the next day.

Don’t diet. You need to find a healthy life style that you can live with. Otherwise you’ll sooner or later gain weight again.
